Catering

Dining hall
Meals for members of the NOC delegations are provided in the Dining hall which is located directly in the centre of OLV. It has capacity up to 450 seats. Accreditation Card must be shown in order to enter the Dining hall. The main task of the OC is to provide all of the main food in the OLV (breakfast, lunch, dinner) according to the sports programme and the transport system with the exception of lunch on the day of the snowboarding race where lunch is served at the venue.

Opening hours for the Dining hall:
From Friday 11th February until Saturday 19th February 2011 non-stop from 5:00 to 22:00.

Times for meals:
Breakfast 5:00 – 10:00
Lunch 11:00 – 15:00
Dinner 17:00 – 21:00

The Organising Committee worked out detailed timetable for meals according to disciplines (displayed in each block, building M and Dining hall).

Menu
The menu has been designed so as to meet the needs and nutritional values of top athletes. Meals for vegetarians and individuals with special food requests are also available.

Drinks
A suficient amount of both cold and warm drinks is available in the dining hall. There is also “drinking points”, fountains with warm and cold water (+ cups, instant coffee and tea) at the entrance hall of each block.

Other catering facilities
The EYOWF 2011 café will be located on the first floor of the NOC Services Centre (building M). The “S-club”, restaurant located in OLV, is only accessible for accredited individuals. The “Žito” restaurant is accessible for the general public.

Food and beverages
There is a small food and beverages shop in the
entrance hall of Dining hall.

Catering at the Venues
Refreshments will be available in the team areas involving warm and cold drinks, soups, pastries, fruit and biscuits at each of the venue for both competitors and officials.
